Day tramp - Burn hut circuit
18 February - Out with the Wednesday tramping group for a change. This is a favourite tramp on a good day like this, with great views on the tops. The route is located in the Tararuas inland from Shannon and the Mangahao dams. It does require leaving vehicles at the dams at the start and finish though.
