28-29 October - an overnight tramp to Powell hut. Unfortunately the weather was too bad to carry on with our planned circuit across the Holdsworth-Jumbo circuit. So instead we had an enjoyable and relaxed afternoon and evening at the hut and walked out in the rain the next day. There were 11 of us in the group, mostly Wednesday trampers.
