Tramping in the hills behind Waikanae

18 November - a good day out in the sunshine with the Wednesday trampers.  The Hemi Matenga track follows the ridge of the hills above Waikanae.  A steep climb up was rewarded with good views of Waikanae, the coast and Kapiti Island.
