| Thursday tramp 8 October - heading up towards Wharite peak from Coppermine Stream. The weather was so bad that we turned around and had our lunch in the minibus! |

| Thursday tramp 15 October - in behind North Manakau. Our destination was a spot height, Panatewaewae 728m. It was a very long, undulating walk and here we are having a late lunch at our destination. But no views, and really, it could have been just anywhere in the bush! |
