A long day's drive in Utah - Monticello to Torrey

17 June - We had to do some big mileage today to keep on schedule.  It was a very hot day and we drove through some very arid scenery with no sign of human settlement for hours at a time.  However we still took time to make some very interesting stops.

Highway 24 - here the rocks were much whiter in colour
